i used to work for a fashion company where 1/2 of my day was spent writing on other blogs in the form of fake comments. my

boss would come in and say "google emoda and see what comes up on blogs, make sure you combat all the negative ones,

just sound like a happy customer". needless to say it was awful and i eventually quit. the truth is, if you produce a quality

product and perform with quality service, you wont need to worry about anyone else. :)

great deals--

Hmmmm, almost makes it sound like Charles has gone to the great beyond when you say it that way. However he is still with us and will probably make more nifty discoveries.

Chris,

I agree. I think when they do something like this, it should definitely be mentioned in the release notes of the Service Pack. With that said. I LOVE the fact that we are getting enhancements to the software in the Service Packs and not just bug fixes. I HOPE that we see more of this in future service packs! This enhancement can be a HUGE time saver for sure!

Ricky

Steve,

We haven't seen functionality like this implemented in Service Packs in quite a few years. I hope that they do MORE of this in the future.

Ricky

Definitely a great enhancement. I'm just wondering why nothing was said about it, especially with it being in the top 10 enhancements.

Ricky, I thought I heard someone at SWW09 that worked for SW tell us users that enhancements like this couldn't be brought in to a release mid stream, it had to come at major releases. I kind of wonder if other things might make their way into '09

Steve
